recordings taken of "searching..." an audio installation and instrument that draws physical parallels between the physical and digital act of searching.

"searching..." seeks to highlight the growing disparity between signal and noise in the digital age, and subsequently the necessary emphasis placed on searching for the information that we need in the oversaturated digital sphere. The sheer amount of information we are confronted with daily has prompted a physiological evolution of the human brain; out of necessity, we are evolving better filters.
